Terms that govern use of the Archseed CLI and website.

Agreement
By accessing www.archseed.co or using the Archseed CLI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
The service
Archseed provides software tools that help you plan architecture, generate handoff documents, and review work before or after coding agents run. Features available on Free vs Pro plans are described on the Pricing page and may change over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your contact email reachable for billing and security notices.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy. Prices, taxes, and renewals are shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel renewals through the customer billing portal. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unauthorized access, abuse of rate limits, redistribution of Pro features in violation of your plan, or unlawful use of generated content. We may suspend accounts that harm the service or other users.
Intellectual property
Archseed, the website, and the CLI software remain our intellectual property. You retain rights to content you create. Generated handoff files on your machine are yours to use in your projects.
Disclaimer
Archseed is provided "as is". Architecture guidance and generated documents are tools to support your judgment—they are not a guarantee of correctness, security, or fitness for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for code and decisions in your projects.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page.
