How Archseed collects, uses, and protects your information.

Overview
Archseed ("we", "us") provides an architecture-first CLI and related web services at www.archseed.co. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Information we collect
Account data you provide when signing up (such as name and email) via our authentication provider (Clerk). Billing and subscription details processed by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). Product usage data needed to operate Free/Pro limits (for example project counts and feature access). Optional analytics events (page views and product funnel events) via PostHog and Vercel Analytics.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, provide the CLI and web product, process payments, enforce plan limits, improve reliability, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party processors
We rely on processors that help us run the product, including Clerk (authentication), Lemon Squeezy (payments), Neon/Postgres (application data), PostHog and Vercel Analytics (product analytics), and email delivery providers when we send transactional messages. Their processing is governed by their own policies and our agreements with them.
Local CLI data
Files generated by the archseed CLI (architecture handoffs, plans, checklists) are created on your machine. We do not receive those files unless you explicitly send them to us (for example for support).
Data retention
We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting support.
Your choices
You may update account details in the product, cancel a subscription through the billing portal, or email support@archseed.com to ask questions, request export, or request deletion where applicable.
